Eye on Media by Louis Byrd III Robin Robinson Among 7 to be Inducted Into the Silver Circle
Fox 32's veteran anchor, Robin Robinson is one of seven Chicago media icons to be inducted into the Silver Circle of the National Academy
of Television Arts & Sciences Chicago Midwest chapter. The Silver Circle Honors dinner will be held on Friday, April 24, 2009 at the Millennium
Knickerbocker Hotel, 163 East Walton Place, in downtown Chicago.
Silver Circle honors
outstanding individuals who have devoted a quarter of a century or more to the television industry and have made a significant
contribution to Chicago broadcasting. The other 2009 honorees are: Elizabeth Brackett,
Marcia Danits, Paul Davis, Arne Harris, (posthumous), James Stricklin and Jerry Taft.
